Tony - mmeow.net , came up with a great idea to collect as much information as possible from all LotRO dedicated sites, podcasts and blogs. The result is a content aggregation blog project. It displays a bit from each post and who wrote it. It automatically updates every hour or so with the latest entries from across the LotRO blog world. He did a really nice job and we think you should check it out.

The LOTRO Game Servers will be brought down on Tuesday, March 24 from 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM Eastern (-4 GMT) for an update to the game. The following release notes cover what is included in Volume 2 Book 7 Patch 1

General

• Characters who logged into Book 7 with 0 or 1 maximum morale and no skills have been fixed.
• A server stability Issue has been addressed.

New Player Experience

• The ending instances for the new player experience in Archet and Ered Luin are now solo-only. This is in line with the intent for these instances and more importantly addresses an issue where players in a fellowship could sometimes be left in a bad state after the instance was completed.

Quests

• We've addressed an issue where the quests in Volume2, Book 7, Chapter 3 and Chapter 8 instances would not advance for some players.

The main idea of this guide is to introduce players with some of the new things from the latest update. In fact, one of the challenges you as a player must face will be proving to the Galadhrim that you yourself are not a danger to the Golden Wood.

If you are a Tailor you need Supreme Tailor Crafting Ability to make these cloaks and a lot of Silver Branches. Unfortunately the cost to the tailor to just make a non critted one is very high, but we can assume the price of the critted one in Auction House. Also, we've collected information about critted version of all cloaks. Take a look at our Lothlorien Cloak gallery and decide if you would like to have one of these cloaks.
