The following issues have been resolved when Master of War is traited.

• Escort NPCs will no longer attack you when using "Noble Mark".
• Noble Mark will no longer generate 40 times the intended threat. Yes, I said 40 TIMES.

Thili should now be responsive to all players and advance after defeating the Orcs at the Bridge of Khazad-Dum. You can now get out.

Misc
The odd triangles on male elves wearing Lorien armor have been addressed.

Charming Horn is one of the woodworker's crafting item for War Horn, Exquisite War Horn. There are numerous forum threads with people asking where it comes from, but no answers.

I can help you with this one. There is a known issue with the drop rate of the Horn. It is effectively 0.
For Volume 2, Book 7 the item is being changed to an Elegant Claw and will begin dropping correctly.
Sorry for all the frustration and confusion.

This is very true, because the RK is designed to need a full rotation of these "sub-par" skills to get the job done. They are intended to have a number of synergies that pull together to be more then the sum of their parts. Remember, "advanced" class. Healing should be more complicated then with the Minstrel, but on par effectiveness wise (if you can pull off good rotations.)"

If you are playing Lotro trial version and want to purchase the retail version when your trial is up, you don't have to start over new characters when you upgrade to the retail version, just make sure you choose, "upgrade" when you go to apply your retail key to your account .
This will allow you to keep your existing characters and levels.

Few days ago, we made a small article about Book 7 Changes. Scenario and Zombie Columbus have shared with Lotro community list of new information about Book 7 changes including a teaser of some of the work going into RK for Book 7.

Here is the currently being tested skill and trait modifications. As we can see unused skills will be more interesting, some new combinations of traits/skills will be added and damage output will be increased.
